This is for CCS Week 2018 Day 7: Clear Card Arc!

I wanted to draw my OTP in the gorgeous Clear Card Arc art style for this one. :D I was always going to do a Touyuki date under cherry blossoms, but the one benefit to being behind on making these is I could make them specifically walking under the cherry blossoms that we saw in the first episode. ^_^ We’ve gotten a ton of adorable Syaosaku moments in just these first two episodes (my heart is so happy!! <3 ), so I’m hoping we get a bunch of adorable Touyuki moments too! ^_^ <3

I chose to do a watercolor screenshot redraw of the moment when Sakura changed all of the Clow Cards into Sakura cards and fully became the Master of all the cards! ^_^

This is for CCS Week 2018 Day 3: Family!

“I could tell that you always loved me like family. It made me happy.”

I drew Yukito’s family, which is also the Kinomoto Family! ^_^ Even though his family is just false memories, the Kinomoto family definitely cares for Yukito as if he’s an official family member. ^_^ And in the future he will be an official member as they’ll all be his in-laws! ^_^

Kero and Suppi are my favorite guardians (and in my top 5 CCS characters) so I had to draw them! :D I love the short about their takoyaki battle, so I thought it’d be fun to make a piece dedicated to their mutual love of takoyaki. ^_^

CCS Week day 7 - Clear Card Arc!

It’s finally here!! I wanted to dress Sakura in something more regal, but it was hard to make an outfit that worked with her new wings. But I’m so glad that the new series is here and that I was (finally!) able to watch it! The series means so much to me as it was the series that inspired me to draw and write my own stories. It gave me hope in dark times and taught me so much. And because of this series, it lead me to make so many meaningful friendships, however brief they were. I’m excited to see where the new arc takes the story and experience so much more. I’m glad to have participated this week but I’ll be returning to drawing original content.

And finally - THE NEW ARC. I am so so SO excited to see how the anime tackles it because the old arc had obvious differences with the manga so I would like to see how it diverges. Moreover I can’t wait to see how the plot itself unfurls.
