Just a "Normal" Guy and His Thoughts

And he waited. Waited for her to hear his call from the bottom of the lions den. Wrapped in the disappointments of the real. He waited for her to free him.

And when he closed his eyes and feared the unknown his mind sank to a place all but close to unreachable. Yet a hand laid down from his past, and again in his present led him from the depths of his own darkness. For he was never alone, never truly cut from the other half of himself, and that of which was now another. Merely two halves the of the whole. For when part of the whole is falling the other reaches further, without knowing the consequence of the falling, yet it have no bearing on the decision to care for the other half. One without the other is to not be. So the halves will forever fall, and catch the other. Holding each other to form the whole. For with the whole the halve could could dream, for dreams are just lives not yet lived. And the halves will always choose to live.

She is lost without his sight, and he is blind without her hand.

He forgot how to love somewhere between her and the dry end of the bottle.

Are we the only ones that look up at the stars and pray for guidance? Or do our makers staring down at us relishing at their creation screaming out for us as we do for them.
