Super simple Peanut Butter Cookies I made at late last night(that's why the lighting isn't great). I've been stress baking because of exams. The picture next to the cookies is just the oven mit I used and I thought it looked like a Dino so I added that in there. I can't remember where I found the recipe but it's really easy to make and it only take four ingredients.
1 cup of peanut butter
1 cup of sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon of vanilla
After getting the ingredients you just combine them in a medium bowl and I used a table spoon to scoop them into the right size. Then I rolled them and put them about 1 inch apart on a pan with parchment paper. Finally I just used a fork to indent the top a little in a crossed formation before popping them in the oven at 325 degrees for about 18 minutes or until they seem a more done golden brown. This made about two dozen small cookies.
I did chicken katsudon for my culinary class at home assignment :D I thought this picture looked particularly nice so I was encouraged to share it with Tumblr. Maybe I'll continue to post food pictures because I cook and bake often.
