  I will tell you the meals were horrible and I wouldn't serve my enemies that food.  Unappetizing, unpleasant to the eye, just plain yucky!!

  As I mentioned on the phone I think there are things happening or not happening, and only because you are not here.  When Amy was in the Momma Beach Morgan, 13 yrs old went up to the room and passed the small room before the Momma Beach.  There was a woman in there, I assume a local.  When Amy went by she said there was a couple in there and the next morning the bedding was a mess.  It just seemed strange to us as we knew we were supposed to be the only guests.  Only letting you know what we saw.

  I would like to make a suggestion which I think should be part of the normal routine.  Before guests arrive I think someone should be checking the rooms, making sure there is hot water, glasses, etc and that everything works such as lights, plugs.  If they had done this they would have discovered the hot water element had gone kaput, lights would be fixed, plugs, too.  Apparently plugs in our room didn't work just because someone turned off the breaker and never turned it back on.  Also think someone should be checking the rooms occasionally after the cleaners have finished their work.  In Todd's room they finally removed the empty beer bottles 5 days after we arrived and picked up two glasses that were outside the door for a few days.  They never cleaned the ashtray outside his room for 5 days.  I would think this would be one of the manager's priorities to ensure everything is running smoothly.

  I really  don't want to complain about Maxine but to stay in the office all the time when she is here seems weird to me.  And I mean when she is here.......  The same goes for Abbi although I understand she is new.

  I know the local culture is different but when one sees Bunny always arriving on time to work and working all day long, when Donald and Yang are always available and concerned about the guests' well being, when Elaine, Sonia, Keisha and Indiana care so much about Coral Cove the others should follow suit.

  Having said all this I do want to assure you we have enjoyed our stay even  if it has gone by so quickly.  I hope you don't think I am being too forward in telling you this and I haven't mentioned everything but I want everyone to love Coral Cove as much as we do but I can see maybe in the past few months guests may not have been pleased with the meals, etc.  I hope you will accept my comments with the intention of letting you know some of what happens when you are not here.
