Catherine Pansini owns and operates two real estate organizations with headquarters in Morristown, the county seat of Morris County, New Jersey. She leads her own property group at the metropolitan Morristown branch of Keller Williams and owns the versatile residential property investment/development company CMP Real Estate. Catherine Pansini’s history in real estate dates back to 2015, when she secured a “Rookie of the Year” award for producing the most homes sales by a real estate agent during his or her first year in business. In 2019, Real Trends 500 ranked Catherine Pansini 95th among the more than 1.4 million licensed real estate professionals in the US. That same year, Morris/Essex Health and Life Magazine featured her in an article titled “Best of the Best Top Realtors in Morris County.” Outside of the professional arena, Ms. Pansini stays active by regularly hiking and working out. She also loves to participate in aquatic sports that include swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, and jet skiing.
