I felt really sad today and decided to draw something that might cheer me up. This is all I could show

Idk if this is normal but do you ever associate physical pain with words? I lowk suck at explaining but it’s like when someone use to hit you and talk about how worthless you are or something like that. Then when you grow older, and they do the same thing just without the physical stuff, the words still hurt as much despite there being no physical contact between you two. It’s like your brain physically beats you up in their place. So now every time you hear those words your brain just starts remembering the physical pain you felt back then and starts applying those sensations onto your present body.

But since the pain isn’t directed to a specific part of the body, the brain either chooses which ever place the body was hit most when person was young, or just have the entire body feel the pain. Honestly, it feels like a bunch of red ants eating your body, it stings the same way a paddle to the thigh does.
