It's Doctor Who Day!!

Hello! It has been awhile, but I am happy to type to you again! Since I’ve ended our Ko-fi and returned to work on Welcome Home, I was trying to think of a way to provide public updates on where we are in between updates for fun! So we created a segment called “A Minute with Wally.”  Please read below for more information on what's going on!

yes, I do feel alienated from the queer community to a level. for example, I go to a lot of queer parties, but they are usually Sex parties, or Sex focused. the concept of queerness in these contexts is validated thru Sex. Homosexual Sex. since I’m aspec but not ace, I can sometimes identify with the Sex focus within queer spaces and sometimes not. I did stop going to queer parties as often because of this Sex focus and how it made me feel weirdly alienated and closeted.

at the same time, I haven’t had many conversations with queer people about ace/aro queers and whether they do or don’t belong in the alphabet mafia… for the reason that SO MANY QUEER PEOPLE DONT KNOW THAT THESE IDENTITIES EVEN EXIST.

like bet, if some is cis and L, G, or B, the likelihood that they know much about the ace/aro community, or even know ace/aro people exist, is slim. Trans and Gender Queer people more often know.

“Why are they—like—naked?”

“Have you ne-ver drawn or bu-ilt anyone? It's eas-i-er to make the base and then add the cloth-ing,” Cyn states as if everyone knew that. Though, admittedly, more people should know that.

“Well, yeah, but…” Uzi ends up trailing off. “Anyway, we need the third opinion. How willing are you to switch out with Doll?”

Cyn just silently stares directly at Uzi.

“The Solver of the Absolute Fabric, the Void, the—”

“And the pri-mar-y host of the Ab-solute Sol-ver.”

“That's me now, actually. You got demoted,” Uzi corrects Cyn.

-He thinks for a while.-

"OH THAT CYN?!"

“Why are they—like—naked?”

“Have you ne-ver drawn or bu-ilt anyone? It's eas-i-er to make the base and then add the cloth-ing,” Cyn states as if everyone knew that. Though, admittedly, more people should know that.
