Art Chamber

The idea is a boiled down concept of a horror mixed romcom, unfortunately brought about by love of slashers and horror films in the veins of hannibal, silence of the lambs etc. It's incredibly self-indulgent on my part. Short form descriptor is that a reluctant final girl turns into an anxiety ridden detective and finds out her love interest is the "The most dangerous game", of slashers. Long form? Rosie our main protagonist has a monster style of the week type of cases (in a TV show series sense) and has to constantly fight not only the slashers trying to kill her, but also getting the murderers behind bars, avoiding police suspicion/ incompetence and the underlying romance of Ben who is consistently offing other slashers and getting off scot free. It's less of a moral or lesson teaching type of story and is more a self-indulgent dark form romance that leads to a lot of villain arcs and fun story. I'd like to make it into a "thing" one day, but right now I'm content to make a cute little trailer for it and some pre-production art.
