Oh! For prompts, what about Lara and Selphy, cooking together?

I imagine Mist is a couple years older than Rosetta, and they were the kind of childhood friends where Rosetta really looked up to Mist and wanted to be just like her and was always trying to prove she was as mature as Mist was and stuff. Then when they grew up a bit, Rosetta realized that Mist wasn’t actually that mature, she just seemed that way because Rosetta was younger. Still, Rosetta can’t help but try to outdo Mist. Sometimes she doesn’t know whether it’s because she’s jealous of Mist, wants to prove herself, or wants Mist to notice her.

I feel a fixation toward Rosetta and Mist together romantically or platonically tbh

You know what would have been awesome, though? If Frontier had put more of an emphasis on the girls that knew each other from Rune Factory 1. What I mean by that is, like, during Rosetta’s “sick father” event, what if Lara/Melody had mentioned visiting and trying to cure her father (beyond just mentioning that he needed Energy Drink X)? Or if Mist had been more worried about her childhood friend? Or, Tabatha’s a regular at Rosetta’s shop, but I don’t think either of them ever mention knowing each other before. It would have been interesting to see one of them mention that this elf-maid that they’ve known for years has a sister??? And is the QUEEN OF ELVES??? Bianca flushing and telling Rosetta that her shop “is much more impressive than your father’s, I can actually stand to be in here more than a few minutes” and Rosetta getting PISSED because she doesn’t realize that coming from Bianca, that’s quite a compliment. Melody and Lara developed a pretty good relationship in Frontier, but they never talk about knowing each other before: imagine a dialogue where Lara talks about how she can’t believe she didn’t talk to Melody that much before, and how she’s glad they’re such good friends now, and Melody saying that she used to feel so lonely but now she has really good friends, that sorta thing?
