enjoy these moments in life while you can

You are your own time zone. Your own dimension. Every chemical change inside of you changes the dimensions you see. Studies show cortisol dampens parts of the brain. I got to see it first hand. What the world looks like when I’m triggered and when I’m not. It’s interesting. Based on the developmental stage of parts of the brain, you see different things. From your inner child’s eyes. Your teens eyes. Parts from different environments with different languages eyes. Having ptsd is time traveling as I’m taken to the past often. Shutting down research as it gets close to defining and explaining the spiritual is crazy work. But all things are for the balancing. You cannot erase. Everything that is travels through the same vehicle until it isn’t. That vehicle is the human body and the brain that keeps it alive. Behavior is the constant. Or the saying history repeats itself would not be so. If the horrors repeat then the joys MUST too.

experience is the best teacher

things will only get better for me, trust

at peace because im prepared
