There are no prerequisites to being little.

Since I too am broke, I thought I’d share some of the places you can buy cheap little gear/snacks/whatever, hope this helps! 🐸

🍕FOOD - 👕CLOTHES/ACCESSORIES - 🎪TOYS - 🍼ETC.:                        - Walmart/Target - This seems like an incredibly cheap thing to do, but where else is there an unlimited supply of dino nuggets and alphabet soup? You can also find cheap clothes and baby/toddler items 🐰

- The Dollar Store/Dollar Tree - Any dollar store works, & it’s a really great place to buy canned food/pasta for like $1, or treat yourself with a new stuffy 🦊

- Costco - If you are old enough to go by yourself, or with someone who has a membership card, you can get gummy snacks and the classic big ole teddy bear in bulk 🐙

- Amazon/Ebay - If you’re allowed to order online, these basic sites are the pinnacle of little life. Keep in mind, Ebay takes a little longer to ship (at least where I live), so be patient, loves 💖

- Thrift stores!!! - Thrift shops are my favourite, everything’s in pretty good condition, and best of all: cheap 🦁

That’s all I can think of off the top of my head, but I hope this helps whoever may need this! And remember, you don’t need little “gear” to be little!

Shoutout to caregivers whose cg name doesn’t necessarily match their gender.

Shoutout to caregivers with unusual or different cg names instead of “Daddy” or “Mommy.”

Shoutout to caregivers who don’t like their bodies, for whatever reason.

Shoutout to caregivers who experience gender differently when they are in “cg space.”

💕 Have them drink Jucies like V8 or natural juice

💛 Find at least one veggie that they will eat and feed them that when you can (I personally love sliced carrots and peas and I eat that all the time)

💖 Sneak veggies in their food (there are lots of recipes for secret veggie Mac n cheese and things like that)

💕 Have then eat more fruits (fruits are sweet and easier to eat than veggies)

💛 Make them drink at least 2 sippies/bottles/cups of water a day

💖 Arrange their food on a cute plate

💕 Bribe them with healthy snacks

💛 Try things like Veggie Chips that don’t taste like icky veggies

💖 Hand feed them (not force feed, that’s wrong. But some littles will be more willing to eat if you make them feel smol and Baby-like)

Sometimes your Little needs to be Little when you’re not in the right headspace to properly care for them. It sucks, but it happens. And it’s okay!

Instead of just shrugging your shoulders and saying, “Oh well!” there are some things you can do ahead of time to prepare for these situations!

🦊 Have a space set up for Little entertainment purposes! Colouring books, picture books, and some Little-approved snacks like animal crackers and juice boxes can last a long time!

🦊 Set up Kids Netflix or a movie somewhere it won’t bother you, like a laptop or tablet with headphones if your Little is going to be in the same room as you, or quietly on a tv if you’re planning to be in different rooms.

🦊 If you need a break during the day, send your Little for a nap, or take one yourself, or both! Everyone knows Littles need nap time (even if we hate it sometimes), and caregivers often need naps too. Plus, I’m pretty sure that’s the whole reason naptime even exists - so Bigs can get a break!

🦊 If you’re in a long distance situation, calmly explain to your Little that you aren’t able to care for them properly right now, and ask to postpone any video chat or call that might be taking place, or find a way to compromise. We may be needy, but most Littles are pretty understanding about their Caregiver’s needs, too.

🦊 If you’re in a long distance situation, you could each watch the same movie while on the phone, so that it’s like you’re hanging out together, but your Little will hopefully be distracted enough to not be too dependant! Disney and Pixar movies are great for people of all ages, so one of those might be best.

🦊 Remember to be patient with your Little. Age regression isn’t always controllable; it’s not our fault if we need to be Little when you need us to be Big. Make sure that your Little knows that they’re loved no matter what!
