These last 3 pages (9-10-11) were inspired by @kei_yuki_heart on X . Thank you so much for suggesting the idea that permitted me to bring a happier ending to my mini comic and allow me to use it.🩷🩷

I did not put a date but there are elements which permit an approximation of the time that has passed between pages 8 and 9: The Grey Havens have expanded ( more ships, a village has grown )but Círdan is still wearing Narya , so it is safe to assume we are at some point after the end of the second age but before Sauron rises again :) which makes, if we follow the original timeline, a HUGE amount of time ( but probably shorter in TROP timeline, Gandalf already being in the picture)

Drawing a youthful version of Adar, newly healed and reborn, was quite a challenge. I couldn't find young Sam's images references except one when he was a teen 😅.(so yes, he has the same appearance in this new body )

I hope you won't find this too unsettling .

I also assumed that since Adar and Círdan are among the most ancient elves of Arda, they would have known each other in the early days. Why not in Cuiviénen, or during the events of the Great Journey or maybe in the area of Beleriand before Adar was corrupted by Melkor?

OMG, my heart is completely shattered by the final part of the series... I don't even have the words to express my disappointment. Adar was my absolute favorite character, and knowing that he won't be in the next seasons is killing me...

When he put on the Elven ring, and they showed him as he was before the dark forces took over—ahhh, what a handsome guy! I DEMAND they make a whole movie just about him!!

What frustrates me the most is how they got rid of him in seconds, even though he’s almost as powerful as Sauron, and seemed like such a strong, unstoppable character.

I really believe he deserved a better ending to his story than this...

Hi everyone! How are you? While I was on sick leave, I got into watching the series The Lord of the Rings. 😄

What captivated me the most was the second season and the character Adar. 🥰

OMG, I obviously noticed that they changed the actor in the second season, and I think it was a very successful replacement. But this Adar stole my heart, and it inspired me to write a separate story about him – how I would like to see this character in my own world and with different characters, haha. 🤭

So, after my sick leave, I plan to start writing.

By the way, I really want to try writing a new chapter for Soul of the Forest this weekend, but we’ll see how well I feel!
