I’m going to need a little more information, What was the fight about exactly? Who was in the wrong, etc...Scorpio’s react very differently to different situations, I can’t help you without any more info. 

Well well well, I feel like all my training has led up to this point. I absolutely 100% know how you feel, My partner used to be the same. He wouldn’t express his anger appropriately and would instead just snap at every little thing. You honestly just have to continuously tell him that its not okay to do that and that he’ll need to tell you how he feels, even if it has nothing to do with you, eventually he’ll realise that you will take him seriously and the being angry at the world will stop...Eventually, it takes time. But 100% worth it, he’ll be happier and so will you. 

Love/hate relationships...are the best. It just proves that line is so fine. I think there will be more of the tooing and froing...you might have a bit of time on your hands before he allows himself to become head over heels.

I know for a scorpio its tough because we are jealous creatures and we always tend to think the worst. You’re going to have to make the extra effort to reassure her that she is in fact what you want and you won’t be straying away from her.
