Like, sure, in the original anime, she's quite aggressive with her at times, but that's very much in line with the "everything but Madoka is irrelevant" mindset she was forced into by the timeloop. Episode 10 also shows that Homura did consider Miki as a friend early on in the 3rd timeline (at least enough to be well and truly shaken by her becoming a witch and dying). And that's not even mentioning Rebellion, where, despite being in a position to get rid of Sayaka twice (first in her labyrinth as she did with Charlotte/Nagisa, then in her new universe), she still includes her in the group dynamic and lets her have everything she wants each time (that is, being with her friends and getting with Kyoko).

The reason I find it amusing is because the people who characterise their relationship this way are not stupid, they're picking up on something very real and very funny: despite not hating her, Homura is constantly stepping on Sayaka because she happens to be in the way of some other shit. Even as early as Timeline 3, it's Homura that killed Octavia.

Literally this entire song encapsulates what Sayaka and Homura herself feel towards Homura at the end of Rebellion, but these lines especially stuck out to me:

But a veterinarian? She gets to help and heal animals, fluffy animals, scaly animals, all kinds of animals and don't even try to tell me Madoka wouldn't like that, she would enjoy helping people with their pets as well

Mami a teacher, besides the popular parentification placed on her, I just think she enjoys teaching people, maybe younger kids would be best so they're actually excited to learn, but tired Mami desperately trying to teach moody teens who aren't interested in the slightest is also fun

Sayaka... A hard choice tbh, I headcanon her as interested in marine life so I could go with a marine biologist, but I'm not quite sure about it... Maybe a veterinarian alongside Madoka...

Okay so the thing about Sailor Moon is that she's basically Naoko Takeuchi's wish-fulfillment fantasy and a love letter to teenage girls everywhere. Usagi, a teenage girl, is the most powerful being in the universe and basically a deity who is capable of resurrecting and rebuilding the universe and everyone in it after it's been destroyed. She can vanquish evil beings and purify people who have been corrupted. She also literally creates a fairytale utopia on Earth with herself as the Goddess-Queen and gives everyone 1000 year lifespans.

And I think that's so beautiful and why Sailor Moon has impacted as many people as it has! In a world where male power fantasies are a dime a dozen, it's so refreshing to see a relatable, lovable young girl as the Chosen One.

And what makes Usagi even better is that she would rather use all of her vast power to heal and protect people. Usagi's greatest strengths- such as her empathy, ability to heal the hearts of others, and capacity to love and forgive- are things that are associated with traditional femininity. She would rather create than destroy.

If you ask me, that's why Sailor Moon is so incredibly OP and beats out male characters like the God-Emperor from Warhammer. Her greatest strength isn't her actual powers, it's her endless compassion, her ability to love, and her mental fortitude. She would rather befriend people and find a solution that works for everyone than fight.

She's the princess of my heart, now and always!
