Additionally I think Nagisa and Honoka could potentially hook up sooner is well if the sleepover episode is an indicator, Sanae is a shipper on deck who did give them a nudge.😁
I mean it is possible but at least personally it's kinda hard to me to imagine it because of the type of character Nagisa and Honoka
Nagisa is probably not gonna make the first step in anyway unless is like, a life or death situation (example: All Stars Memories and is still kinda Open in the air because thats how the Cures tend to talk in general lmao still doesnt take away how gay as shit this scene is)
Even then i see it hard as she tends to get embarassed when it comes to any romantic prospects and for her to to realize "hey i like girls" she needs a lot of time for self perspective and to naturally come to that conclussion
And Nagisa is kinda bad at that JFKANR it took her TWO YEARS to finally accept that she likes FujiP (and he is just a normal guy) and to even try to confess to him (and even then i think that confession was more for herself than for him because he didnt hear shit)
Even with that basketball invited her to a date she had a hard time even trying to tell him the truth of not wanting to date him and Honoka had to help her with it, Nagisa tends to bottle up, a lot and without guidance her coming to the realization she is gay/bi is gonna take her a good while
Honoka is a bit complicated because the girl doesnt seem to have a crush on no one so we can't really place how she feels about the idea of herself confessing to the person she likes
The closest we got to a potential crush was Kiriya but that situation went out of the Window when he died, as Honoka only seemed to realize she might have liked him in the slumber party episode but didnt really talk that much about it that i can remember and tbh I headcanon her as a lesbian so i always imagined she was just overwhelmed over his death more than anything
When it comes with other people's love life she tends to be the type to encourage them to give it a shot so they don't regret it and always tried to help Nagisa over her crush on FujiP, so theres a couple of ways it could go:
A. She takes her own advice and confesses to Nagisa after sometime, this could go very different ways depending on Nagisas reaction, kiss or no kiss route basically
B. She takes her own advice but at the moment is waiting because she knows Nagisa has a crush on FujiP and doesnt wanna intervene for the moment.
C. She doesnt take her own advice as her situation is a bit more complicated than Nagisa's crush on FujiP (she is a 15 year old gay girl in 2005's Japan) and is afraid to confess to Nagisa in the posibility it will ruin their friendship
