Itâs a public space.â Straightening out his back, he lifted his head and gripped onto the railing, still staring out at the streets before eventually glancing back over and muttering a small apology: âSorryâŚâ
Carmel quickly shook her head when she heard Andrewâs apology, âDonât be sorry,â she said to him, âAnd I understand if Iâm the last person you want to see,â Carmel said as she walked towards him, leaning against the railing, âIâm sorry for everything that happened.â
