i keep getting better at being alive. keep going. i think of myself as smiling with blood on my teeth

repeating to myself over and over again that better days will come, it might not be now, but we deserve them. they will find us.

I wish I could stop thinking and yearning and just live

on the phone with god rn to make sure im not on his “strongest warriors” list again for 2024

must be nice to be able to let things go, unfortunately everything that has ever happened to me never leaves my mind

it's like, I can't remember what I did two weeks ago but I can tell you all about something that made me cry when I was 14

You have options. I promise you, you have options. Even if you blow up your whole life, change your name and train hop half way across the country- you still have options. So long as you are alive you have choices and chances. If you can’t see them, ask someone else. Ask a stranger or someone who loves you. Anyone not in your situation will have different a perspective. Stay safe and stay alive.

It’s cool to not be totally healed from something 9 months later and it’s also cool to understand that you don’t really heal from anything you just live beyond it and find new happiness and it’s cool to grieve the loss of some sort of innocence you can’t quite name and it’s cool if you’re crying because I am too
