TransID, Radqueer and Parafilic folks arenβt 'ruining your rights' or normalising harmful behaviour.
And no I'm not talking about actual pedofiles, rapists and abusers that have done real harm to real people. Most of the community is anti-contact for a reason, they don't align themselves with REAL criminals. They understand the distinction between thoughts and actions. Same fucking shit as the mind numbing Proship and Antiship debate.
On the point of it "ruining trans right", quite frankly the general public doesn't even know this shit exists for it to be ruining anyone's rights. Get a damn grip.
Not to mention if the general public did they would lump them together with the queer community as a whole anyway and screaming that you don't align yourself with them does nothing for your rights to be favoured by the oppressors.
I fear you're just hurting people who, when you actually look at the fucking facts of the situation and the context, aren't doing anything to hurt anyone. What business is it of yours if someone dresses up in a dog furry costume in their home with their friends; and likewise what business of yours is it if someone acts and is treated like a 10 year old in their space by their friends? It has no bearing on your life.
It doesn't even have any bearing on the safety of people if someone has genuine pedofilic thoughts and doesn't act on them because THOUGHTS CRIMES AREN'T REAL! Since when did we stop separating kinky larp from actual crimes?
The radqueer community is frustrated with the constant of actual criminals in their spaces just like the furry community is frustrated with real criminals in theirs. Both communities are largely full of people who wish to express themselves and feel comfortable doing something together with like-minded individuals to form connections and feel a sense of community.
Whenever a trans woman does a crime and is reported as "This horrible !!TRANS WOMAN!! did this crime which means trans women are CRIMINALS." the trans community knows this isn't true because communities aren't monoliths. An aspect of someone's identity (gender, sexuality, kink, religion, race, age, hobby, etc.) doesn't predispose them to doing a crime.
On the topic of TransND and TransRace you have to have critical thinking and look at the situation to see if thereβs something βableistβ or βracistβ going on because most of these people are just having fun, not hurting anyone or being bigoted to people of any background and finding joy in themselves that they struggle to find in the wider public. I promise you most transND and transrace people would be nicer to neurodivergent people and people of other races than some of you that hate them for appropriating those identities.
Stop treating people like their identity is somehow a gateway for them to do crimes/hurt people and start holding people who actually do those things accountable with the reason being that they. fucking. did. it.
