âIs it bad that I kind of want to see it?â Erica asked, nose crunching up with curiosity. âI mean, youâve got to look pretty badass when youâre beating the crap out of someone. I know of four really great candidates if you ever want to try your might against someone.â She didnât know just how strong the Horsemen were compared to Calypso, but Calypso had to be a formidable opponent. Maybe she could make a dent in them. All Erica knew was that she couldnât get near them without getting tricked. She waded over to the edge of the water and took a seat, letting her legs dangle in the water and splashed around Bullshit. âItâs nothing big. Iâm basically a screw up and I think I lost my chance with someone I really like. A billion years old or whatever and you want to listen to teenage boy troubles? Your super power is patience. Or tolerance. Or something. â She laughed easily. âCan you talk to Bullshit? Can you understand him? Because I canât.â
âIâm not opposed to trying but I canât promise I can take on a horseman.â Calypso admitted. She had never been so inclined to get herself involved with them but she liked Beacon Hills and if she could make sure it didnât get wiped off the map, she would. The siren followed her over to the edge of the water, although she remained in the water. âYouâre my favourite darling. Iâll listen to whatever you want to tell me. And I donât think youâre a screw up. Iâm sure your chance isnât as lost as you think.â Calypso glanced at the duck who seemed to be basking in their presence. âYes and no. Itâs more about reading him to be honest - I donât speak duck. But he is a water animal so I understand him a little better.âÂ
