Hi! Apologies for the late answer; we unfortunately don't have the nutritional information for the recipes, but there are recipe nutritional calculators you can use online, and things in our recipes can easily be substituted if need be. Sorry we can't be of more help!

There has however been a resurgence of interest due to the recent season announcement, so we're currently discussing the possibility of a second round of pdf sales or possibly making the pdf available for free after a decent amount of time!
