Mike Wheeler's closet blown into pieces while they were well aware of Byler being the biggest ship in the show, and he doesn't even say I love you to his girlfriend who he treated like shit for no reason other than random drama

What was the purpose of the scene about queer signals, if Will was never going to receive queer signals? Why was the question concerned with the obviousness of signals, and not the mere presence of them? Why use the term "shared looks" when that was a known call and response on set for Noah and Finn?

What was the meaning of the snowball and avalanche metaphor? Why include that scene at all? Where was the payoff?

You're going to write an entire meta scene on queer signals of attraction, include examples that we have already observed, indicate an eventual pay off... and not let it pay off? Why? To be malicious?

You tell the audience through Will that Mike was just his Tammy this entire time and expect us to believe it? Was Tammy in Robin's video tape? Did Robin know Tammy since she was five? Did Tammy run after her in the rain or recognize her breathing over the radio?

After doing so much, SO much, to hint to observant viewers that Mike IS the same as Will, dealing with internalised homophobia, it is queerbait, and as long as I'm here I won't let people try to suggest otherwise.

Why did you do this?

Why did you have Mike's eyes wide open and his arms unmoving at his sides, in front of a closet, Will's closet, with the closet light on above his head, when El kissed him?

Why did Mike act so weird to Will at the airport if he wasn't jealous of the painting being for a girl?

Why did Mike say 'we're friends' at Rink-O-Mania as if Will had dared to suggest they were something more? That isn't even what Will meant when he asked 'and us'?

Why did you put a One Way road sign next to Mike's closet, pointing to it?

Why did you destroy Mike's closet with that sign next to it at the beginning of this season?

And speaking of this season, why did you make all those dick washroom jokes, and have Will and Mike work on the burst pipe (symbolism) together? With this rainbow between them? (Also: Why did you give Mike another gay joke, butthole surfer?)

Why is there a display saying 'Do you have the qualities of a good leader?' featuring a rainbow above it, in the scene where Mike - canonical leader - is talking about being scared and wanting to be Mike the Brave?

Why did you have Robin talk about signals with Will? Snowballs and an avalanche? We didn't see anything come of that, making the inclusion of it pointless.

And most of all -

If Mike isn't Will's Vickie, why did you do this? Why are the top scenes a direct parallel?
