This category is for AUs where any character from the AU's main cast is some form of urban legend! Are they a cryptid that hides in the shadows? Are they spotlighted or hidden superheroes hiding behind an alter ego and outfits? Is there that one guy who swears up and down he's seen them despite no one else believing? Mayhaps a blurry photo? Any sort of modern rumored monster, creature under the bed, creepypasta type falls under this category!

Is This AU a Time AU?

This category is for AUs where any character from the AU's main cast deals with time and all it's conundrums! Are they traveling through time, willingly or not? Do they interact with a different dimension, maybe even if time passes discordantly there? Are they stuck repeating the same events over and over again? Any sort of timey-wimey nonsense that makes your brain confused falls under this category!

Welcome back to TMNT: Creature Con! We are so excited to start the second year and for that to be possible, we need some AUs! Even yours!

From today, June 7th 2026 to June 21st 2026, we will be accepting applications for AUs to be featured! Submissions will be open until 11:59PM UTC or 6:59PM EST.

Now, what does being in Creature Con entail? Primarily, the Spotlight! Each AU that is participating is to have a few days in the Spotlight, a chance to showcase your AU, yap to your heart's content, share art, answer questions, think of it like attending a panel at a real life convention! Everyone gets the chance they deserve to have their work appreciated.

Each Spotlight lasts for ~48 hours over 3 days and must be scheduled ahead of time, and thus are on a first come first serve basis. If you are selected to be a Participant and have a Spotlight, your task is to have an event during your Spotlight to bring people in! This can be a Q&A, a voice call, a presentation, anything you want!

We have a cap on 30 AUs to be official Participants to not overwhelm our staff, but don't let that discourage you! Submit as many AUs as you want, whether they be your own or not.

This category is for AUs where any character from the AU's main cast has been taken over by the Krang! Are your guys actively possessed, covered in fleshy goop, and too many eyes? Have they been freed(?) from the Krang's control and are dealing with the lingering effects? Victimization at alien hands falls under this category!

Is This AU an Extra Mutation?

Also commonly known as "double mutated", this category is for AUs where a mutant from the AU's main cast gets mutated with another creature! Mayhaps a bug, an animal, a monster, something else? If the turtles get mutated with more than just turtle and human DNA, they fall under this category! The time in their lives of this extra mutation happening can be any time. Perhaps they are teens, perhaps they are adults, or perhaps they were mutated with turtle, human, and something else from the very beginning.

There is TWO buildings that need to be made: The Convention Hall and the Hotel They are meant to mirror real life convention hall and hotel, and have the same locations that the discord have, aka the chats/voice chats, and the threads with in the chats. They all decided to pick birthdays so they have a day to celebrate themselves and Donnie picked in February and Leo in June. Every other year they celebrate together tho on Leo's date (mostly cause my birthday was celebrated in summer with my uncle's birthday cause my own was in the middle of school. And I think it's cute that they do this)

I like your idea regarding how they chose birthdays, Calab! I may consider adopting it for my own fics hehehe...
