I N T R O D U C I N G the SLAUGHTER RING S L A S H E R !
The 126st Annual SR Slasher Event is B A C K; a yearly spectacle that all of Calamity — even those without a bloodthirsty nature — have a desire to attend. Curiosity floods throughout the State, seeping into each territory with the two main questions being: Who will consciously voice their name to fight in the ring? And who will have it be etched into the wall without their knowledge?
THE S I G N U P S HAVE B E G U N
Just behind the ring, names of those that intend to participate in the tournament appear etched into the now white wall — as red as blood. The host and owner of The Slaughter Ring, Nolan Thatcher, stands back with a wide smile on his face. There's something else there, though, flashing in his eyes, if one chooses to look a bit closer.
"Who else is brave enough to enter into the ring? Come on... don't be shy. It's all just a bit of fun. After all, the Haven is a safe place." Nolan's voice echoes throughout the space, coaxing those in attendance to reconsider. "And the prize at the end is one of great value, I can assure you. I've picked it out myself!"
His hands clap together — loud against the cement walls. "All are welcome. Even you mortals. You can even bring your own weapon that I may, or may not, approve." Fanged teeth flash as his hyper focused eyes catch one of the humans across the room. "And who knows? Maybe you'll get a bit of an advantage if you step foot on the sand." The sand in the ring is no longer the brown hue that everyone recognizes, it has been replaced by thicker obsidian dirt particles that are more rough on the skin. The point of the Slaugher Ring is to shed blood, in the end.
The Ring encourages all to step forward to prove not only their worth, but the worth of their species. In Calamity, there's not always room for all. So, you choose...
W H O WILL E N T E R THE RING?
OOC: Welcome to the 126th annual SRS event! This event starts on June 20, 2026, however, we'd encourage everyone to submit their characters before the 20th. You can purposefully choose to place your characters into the ring, or, you can create a plot where someone else enters their name on their behalf and it's a surprise. It's fully up to you, as the muns, and how you want to play around with this!
If you'd like your character involved as a fighter, send a submit to the main with the following information: NAME, SPECIES REPRESENTING & ONE DESIRE FOR YOUR VICTORY.
Example: John Doe, Humans & for the refuge to always remain safe.
You can also have your character be a spectator on the day of the event, and watching The Haven's most notorious bloodsport at its prime.
Depending on the interest, please be mindful of submitting a handful of characters per mun with regards to the SRS fights, as to make room for everyone in the game. There is no limit on spectators, or outside plots, that may aim to sabotage, or support those within the ring.
For this event, we will be implementing dice rolls on discord to ensure fairness amongst the characters & the success of rolls will decide who potentially wins each fight, and advance to the next.
So everyone has a chance of lasting the gruelling trials of the ring.

He truly believes that she is his and will be forever. This is an INCREDIBLY toxic relationship with dark subjects and mature content. Nisha has a love/hate relationship with him and always will.Â

The premise of the connection is: Over the centuries, Nestor has gone through multiple stages in regards to his eternal incarceration. For the longest time, he surrendered to his fate, as he didn’t see a point in coming back to society as flesh and bone. Too many are the disadvantages of being a blood–sucking creature of the night. That was until he met your muse, who has inspired him to attempt freedom once more. He’s currently trying to manipulate them into making a deal with Vorace to free him, just like his former bride did once to entrap him. What Nestor doesn’t expect is… Growing real feelings for them (ooc note: by mortal I mean species with a soul that they could offer to Vorace).

This women is one of her victims sister. She lured Sylvia to church grounds and burned her with Silveriron. Sylvia attacked her in her true form giving them matching Scars. Very "im the only one who gets to hurt/kill you". Very Contentious.
