Just stay motivated, determined, and don’t give up when shit gets hard. Getting in shape is so worth it. You CANNOT be healthy when you are morbidly obese. It puts your physical AND mental health at risk and you don’t deserve that. Be healthy for yourself and choose to actually live. You are beautiful and capable of taking care of yourself! Do it for all the times you doubted yourself.
