My name is Cain, and this is my sideblog for any original/non-fandom related art and writing! My main account is @localplaguenurse, which is where all my fanart, fanfiction, and pretty much everything else is. I just wanted to have a separate corner where I can post about my silly little guys.

Please note this is for ORIGINAL original characters, so characters like Nikolai or Wifey are going to stay on main with my fics.

ADDITIONAL WARNING PLEASE READ: My original stories and characters often explore heavier subject matter, including but not limited to addiction, abuse including SA, trauma, and mental health. I also do not censor words like "rape" or "suicide" or replace them with words like "graped" or "unalived" as I feel doing so downplays and even mocks the real life trauma of actual survivors and victims. While I do not go into detail, I also do not avoid these topics. Please keep this in mind if you are sensitive to these topics or if you are coming from my main blog's writing. Any and all post dealing with heavier subject matter will have a warning at the top and will be tagged accordingly.

Also while I'm not planning on writing any actual smut for my ocs, I will not shy away from sexual themes in my stories, though I imagine most people expected that anyways.

My silly spider

I drew these a bit ago while I was going through a little misery spiral.

The first one started off with me just layering different scribble patterns because I didn’t really know what I wanted to draw. I liked the harshness and the messiness of it, it felt good. I struggle a lot with loneliness, I tend to bottle things up and make myself as tiny as possible so I’m not an inconvenience to everyone. I want to reach out, but I don’t know how, and I’m scared I’m beyond what my friends can offer anyways.
