You don’t need a lot of friends. One true friend is enough. Being surrounded by unsure people won’t give you a peace of mind. Not because they’re listening to your rants, doesn’t mean they care for you. Always be cautious. Some doesn’t really care, they’re just curious so that they could have something to gossip about. Prioritize your peace of mind. Always choose quality over quantity.

Some people doesn’t like the word ‘move on’ it’s not easy, they say. But moving on is naturally difficult. It feels like you wake up early in the morning from a short sleep. You are not sure if you’ll get up or you’ll continue sleeping. Same as with moving on. You are not sure if you’ll keep moving forward or you’ll just let yourself sink in the past. There’s no easy way of moving on. We’ll face many doubts and false hopes that’ll make us want to stop. Moving on means letting all the pain, love, and anger go. You won’t forget the memories but the feelings you had with that certain person will be gone. Moving on is hard but being stuck on your past is miserable.

You don’t have to fix someone who got broken by other people and at the end you’ll end up being left behind. You don’t have to sacrifice your happiness and peace of mind for someone who is unsure. Saving someone from misery while losing yourself at the process is the most painful and devastating feeling you could ever feel. You’re not a tool. Your feelings are valid. Know your worth.
