what the hell have you done to yourself bro? you had ABS. a clearly defined SIX PACK. and now you've got a pair of pinch-an-inch bakery rolls sitting where a washboard stomach used to be. ya know, it makes sense some submissions i get. fat to fatter, or skinny to fat. most guys had bad habits already, but metabolisms or youthful activity delayed the inevitable weight gain. you though - you have to have discipline, at the very least, and maybe even a decent diet. so what did you do? one morning, just decided to not do your workout routine, and had a big breakfast instead? and then let that cheat day turn into a cheat couple of months? its surprising as hell to see a jock like you go to seed, but here we are. hope that starter double belly is a good replacement for your 6 minute mile bud.
