just your daily reminder of the greatest animatic in TGCF history

rewatching it again. and this scene, along with everything else, makes me think of the importance of anti-war narrative in tgcf.

the whole book’s entire moral can be pretty much summed up by the famous words “make love, not war”

tgcf in its entirety is a book about love, understanding and kindness

winning against hatred, selfishness and blind vengeance

the whole story started with hope

a hope for one single child

found in another person

but it takes so, so, so long

for all of the hopes to come true
