This is a connor storrie focused blog. I watched HR when it premiered in november and was blown away by connor's acting from the very first episode thus I'm looking forward to his future projects. I have been lurking for a while in hr fandom and couldn't find a space to talk or discuss just about connor on Tumblr so I've created this blog to discuss his work, his projects, and whatever comes next for him, basically anything related to him. Few things to keep in mind~

updates on his current and upcoming projects, interviews, press appearances, or anything career-related worth discussing.

This is not an exclusive heated rivalry blog but it will come up a few times since it's a significant part of where he is right now and i'm not going to pretend otherwise but if you're here exclusively for HR content and have no interest in him beyond that, this blog might not be exactly what you're looking for.

I will engage with fandom and discourse when i want to or when it's worth addressing. i'll give my takes on the fandom and anything surrounding him and i won't always be nice about it.

Asks are open -requests, things you want covered, rants, opinions or you wanna vent(try to be respectful) send them in. i'll get to them and respond when i have something worth saying back. if your ask is in bad faith, i'll treat it accordingly

I might become inconsistent sometimes due to work. I can't promise you on updating every single thing but will try to cover as much as I can.

Now the important part: There's no tolerance for racism, homophobia, any other form of hate towards either connor or anyone else around him or you will get blocked.

This made me cry, the fact that people are wearing this tshirt as a way to celebrate pride safely :(

And although this is a queer show, it's honestly disappointing and painful how much homophobia and homophobic people exist in this fandom. Especially towards Connor. It's not subtle all the time either, and I think a lot of queer people here feel it even when others act like nothing's happening, it's genuinely exhausting and it does affect queer people here more than people realize.. It's just sad.

But to every queer person here and everywhere else, Happy pride 🏳️‍🌈♥️ Whether you're out and thriving, or you're somewhere in the middle still figuring things out, or you're not ready yet and maybe won't be for a while that's all okay. I'm not out to my family or friends myself, and that's okay. I'm really happy for everyone who got to come out and is safe, because that's not a small thing. You're brave!!!

And to anyone living somewhere unsafe as a queer person I hope you're okay. you deserve safety and freedom just as much as anyone else.I just hope more people get to reach a place where they can live freely, as themselves, without having to brace for judgment.

If this was all the other way around we know how the reactions would be . literal critics/emmy voters were complaining how it's unfortunate connor can't be eligible for emmy also the emmy discourse is still going to happen in future get used to it. What I don't get is why tf people in the fandom are getting mad and bitter if the industry and his fans call his performance emmy deserving?. It's going to happen even more so unclutch.

He's an actor discussions will happen around his acting and work also for the past 2 days emmy consideration period was going on and discussions regarding it happens in every fandom, nothing new.

I believe it's really the first time stanning actors for a lot of people in this fandom like he can't even get a little recognition 😭

Another day of clownery like you're really so happy to act stupid. These people for sure don't even know how casting works 😭 Saying this while Connor has been in multiple projects where the roles/scripts were changed specifically for him because the directors were that impressed by him. The fact that he was only supposed to appear in one episode of CM but impressed everyone so much that they insisted on bringing him back for more episodes says everything.
