to sum things up, shortly after Cyrus’ disappearance in the distortion world, Saturn and Charon became the de facto leaders of Team Galactic,

they decided to continue their operations and ended up developing on a machine made to resemble the god pokemon, Arceus (although nobody really knows how Arceus looks like, so the result is an imperfect approximation). this machine was made to fill the void Cyrus left behind but to also try and replicate Arceus to eventually aid Team Galactic in reshaping the universe according to their ideals

which failed miserably once more

the machine itself is sentient; by harnessing Darkrai and Cresselia’s powers, they managed to stimulate a sort of consciousness — that’s about everything i’ll reveal though, more information might come in future artwork,,
