His name is Ceres, and he’s a Team Galactic commander! He’s shipped with Saturn, but the two are in a homoerotic situationship where Ceres thinks of him as above humanity and Saturn just kind of wants him.

He’d also probably be one of the evilest Pokémon characters since he literally wants to “cleanse” humanity because of how much he hates humans as a collective.

He dislikes Cyrus because of how nihilistic he is and how easily he threw away the team’s goals just for his benefit. Though, in a sense, he does miss him.
