When I saw the last shot of this episode, I was struck with a vision and made this.

I hadn’t heard anything about this episode before I saw it, but man, is it well executed. The visuals in this episode are killer (I had to make something for it).

I’ve gotten back into watching this show again, and was feeling very inspired (Hello niche fandom).

(I think there could be a very interesting dynamic with these characters in particular, so I’m having fun with it :))

I’m just now realizing that I never actually shared my Chuck Greenwald designs.

The first image is my first design from a little bit ago, and I’ve done more exploration since then. To my knowledge, there is no physical description of Chuck, but I do like the idea that he is some kind of “living radio” being — feels fitting for the bizarreness of the world he’s in.

I really love the idea that they would be matching, and now that I think about it, would probably be wearing their own merch. I’ll have to design that some other time. But for now, here’s my interpretation of TLRG’s Lilith and Eve.

I’ve been meaning to finish this for a while, so here’s the hitchhiker staring down yet another member of TLRG Convoy, Ace.

It’s just these two that I have figured out for right now, but I’m happy with my picks. Marjorie having a slight southern accent makes sense to me, so I had to go with Evan Rachel Wood’s performance in “Westworld”.

Also, I don’t think I’ve heard a better potential hitchhiker voice than Robert Cummings in “King Nine Will Not Return.” He has one of the best manic laughs I’ve ever heard (seriously, go watch it).

I would love to do more of these soon.

Trying my hand at drawing Bonnie (will polish up her design later) with the Hitchhiker. I’ve been wanting to draw these two interacting for a while, so here they are.

I have more comic ideas and concepts I want to draw out — but that’s for another time.

I’ve been wanting to do some kind of animation for TLRG for a while now, but hadn’t gotten around to it…until now. I’m planning on creating an extended animatic, so if that’s something you’re interested in, let me know.
