his family consists of 13 people, including children, and it's extremely difficult to stay on top of their needs. he often doesn't get enough regular donations, and the needs start to pile up.

bill cipher is allergic to sincerity and vulnerability so rather than him outright asking caine to shapeshift i'm picturing bill convincing caine to create a "humansona" and then proceeding to micromanage that human form until it looks exactly like ford without telling caine who ford is, or at least not telling him what ford looks like.

...anyway. sorry for sending you The Longest Ask About BillxCaine In The World. i don't even really ship it that much but the dynamics in your comic were. Interesting

Yes, yes, all of this exactly! They feed into each other endlessly- never actually satisfying each other. Empty calories. Validation without the validation. Knowing that there's no validation to be actually given by the other. They're so knowingly bad for each other. Although... I will disagree with one thing. Bill wouldn't need to manipulate Caine into slowly taking Ford's shape. He would've caught onto Caines (now limited) abilities and just straight up asked for it. (Never giving all the details- lack of vulnerability aiding to the imperfect imitation)

And Caine- learning the value of 'taking suggestions' for 'adventures' would've happily gone along with it. At least as long as his own ego allowed- as that adventure would never be his own. Anyhow. I'm making one last lil continuation to this crack ship - really dig into how bad these two can be for each other. The brain worms these two give me are delicious.
