If you aren’t going to commit to going out and voting trump out of office on Election Day if you’re of age then you can’t say you support black lives matter because he’s honestly the reason it’s as bad as it is right now. Would George Floyd have been shot anyway if trump didn’t win? Probably, since the police suck, but I don’t think it would’ve gotten to the point where people were rioting and looting. Some of y’all may not like Biden, and he probably isn’t going to change anything, but at the very least he’s gonna calm shit down, which is honestly what this country needs right now is for someone to bring some semblance of tranquility to the table, because right now everyone’s on edge from being stuck at home for months with no job, and the police are still killing innocent black people and getting away with it. Biden’s not the best candidate, but I’ll take someone who’s gonna calm everything down over someone who will do the complete opposite and continue to stoke the flames of hatred and bigotry as if no ones gonna take him seriously because he thinks his job as president is a game any day of the goddamn week.

omg so I work at a museum and one of our buildings has a) very high ceilings and b) a bizarrely sensitive alarm system that will go off if anything touches the ceiling. Because of this, helium balloons are considered public enemy #1 and are strictly forbidden from entering the museum. But just in case an illicit balloon is successfully smuggled in, the museum has acquired a fucking b.b. gun for the express purpose of shooting down rogue balloons.
