Mike feeling like he no longer needs to be the leader and loud to protect or get attention, so he lets himself softer and he gets shy and awkward sometimes (he is still sassy and can take charge).

Will sometimes encouraging Mike to go to a party or whatever but Mike saying I will probably just cling to you but Will introducing and protecting him, like Mike didn’t when they were kids.

And ok let’s just assume the airport scene went by the way it did. Still the rink o mania fight would never have unfolded the way it did if Mike was hundred percent straight and totally in love with his girlfriend. Because tell me why when you just witnessed your girlfriend getting severely bullied right in front of you and you and your bestie are trying to find her and YOU decide to instead of talking about her, make the conversation about your relationship with said bestie !!!!! It doesn’t make sense!! The best way to make sense of it is by replacing Mike and Will with Lucas and Dustin. So max just got bullied and she ran away and Lucas just found out from Dustin that max has been lying in her letters. You cannot tell me that in that moment his entire priority wouldn't have been her!!! To search for her to make sure she’s safe and to comfort her !!! That’s what Mike was trying to do too at first !!!! But you cannot tell me that if Lucas and Dustin had to have a conversation while searching for her, the entire conversation would have been about her !!!! He would have said something like “ why did she feel like she had to lie to me ?” Or “ why did she feel like she couldn’t open up to me about her struggle?” The conversation and his entire priority would have been about her and if he was going to be mad he would’ve been mad at the bullies !!!

That’s what Mike should have done no! instead he makes the conversation about will !!! About how WILL should have been the one to tell him about el or that HE sabotaged the whole day by not talking to him. It’s insane !!!! And by the way when you watch this scene Mike switches the conversation from el to will twice and will literally had to bring the conversation back to el !! Like Mike was like “ you weren’t talking to me and you sabotaged my whole day !!!” And will was like “ Yeah ! Let’s bring the conversation back to your girlfriend and how she has been lying to you !! This shouldn’t be about me !!”

I’m sorry but this is just me rambling because I just saw a video talking about Mike and wills friendship and they were basically implying that Mike wanted will to leave him and el alone in the rink o mania scene !!! And that pissed me off because how could you read that scene so wrong!!! It was so atrocious that I had to write this!!!

So I was reading comments on ST reddit (yep, i'm masochistic)

And then I stumbled upon this one (all names are blurred, I'm not doxxing anyone)

On the one hand, this is just a rando on the Internet who says shit with no proof

On the other hand, it's a rather serious allegation (sus) and worth looking into

I skimmed through their post history. They're active on multiple subreddits where they mention work in the film industry

So I decided to dig deeper and two hours later I found their imdb page. They're legit!!! (they're actually credited in the show)

Let's look at everything they said about working on ST and the Duffers (brace yourself, it's A LOT):

Even Jonathan's camera footage, which is also recorded on VHS, isn't this exact aspect ratio.

So yes, the VHS Special Edition isn't just any VHS footage. It's surveillance camera footage. (surveillance cameras around Hawkins x)

I don't understand why they'd do that photoshoot with Finn and Noah. I've seen them in those outfits. They did an interview with Millie in those same outfits, so she was likely available.
