Most of the killers that are godlike being have already escaped, while the others are still figuring out their way out. This ended up allowing Azure to take official leadership of the place. Sounds like a good idea at first, considering he’s quite kind to the survivors. One slight problem, he still heavily dislikes TwoTime to an unhealthily sadistic degree.
