teehee uhmm my headcanons for Laredo is that he’s a repressed homosexual, doesn’t wanna acknowledge his feelings/make them known in fear it will jeopardize his career and relationships with other wrestlers. he’s also crazy in love w Rey Fénix but acts indifferent bc he doesn’t know how Fénix feels except for his desire for the Cruiserweight belt, which causes Laredo’s feelings to mix with his pride for his belt. he’s also lowkey mentally unwell but we don’t talk about it or he’ll scream and cry and throw up everywhere and deny everything (dissociative amnesia cough cough dissociative amnesia // He’s got a DID/OSDD personality type deal going, where LK is the lovable nerd we know and love, wearing shitty outfits to the gym and being a cute little nerd. Laredo Kid, on the other hand, is that mean as all hell rudo that doesn’t take shit from anybody and will fight tooth and nail for what he believes belongs to him. LK doesn’t know why he’s plagued like this, but there’s not anything he can do about it, even if he were to quit wrestling.)
