I’m going to make this really broad now, now but I want you all to know I collect resource and informational links to crisis support resources of many kinds! You can find them in the link above and from the “Crisis Support” link in my bio. This includes:
BIPOC-centered mental health resources
Various kinds of crisis hotlines
Homeless shelter directory and resources
Food insecurity resources and information
General health and emergency pregnancy resources
I try to update this every month to remove broken links and outdated or inaccurate information as soon as I know about it. So grain of salt on what you read please, but I hope it makes a good reference for someone!
