Hey Kay, please forgive me if I'm mistaken, but I think that back when I was in high school, you were diagnosed with DID. Again, if I'm mistaken, I'm sorry. However, if I'm not, I would like to apologize to you and one of your alters, Lexi, if she is still in your system. After having educated myself more on the disorder, I believe that I was unnecessarily rude to her, and may have caused harm to the both of you for it. So, if she's still there: Lexi, I'm very sorry for what I said about you and to you. I should not have said any of that. I know that at this point it was several years ago, but that doesn't mean that what I did goes away. And Kay, I'm sorry if my actions caused harm to you as well, since you were deeply hurting around that time and my actions probably didn't help. Thank you for taking the time to read this, congratulations on the baby, and have a nice whatever time of day it is for you

Thank you. Years ago when I was first diagnosed, I was confused and didn’t handle things well. Lexi is still apart of the system. However, she doesn’t front much nowadays. We have been in therapy for years now for DID and it has really helped to understand and control system issues.
