Today I thrifted a reading journal that I’m definitely going to use for books and not fanfiction. Most definitely.

I'm trying to relearn the browser/ computer version of Tumblr lmao. Anyway, I'm also trying to relearn FireAlpaca because I haven't used the program since 2024. My art style and visions have changed quite a bit so yeah. Honestly, once I get my mind wrapped around it I might switch over to Youtube or Tiktok.

I absolutely hate HATE when niche stuff gets overly popular, and the people who happen to be famous n' shit make it well known. Especially when it was incredibly niche.

I am not talking about FNAF, I am not talking about Poppy's Playtime; I'm talking Jeff the Killer, Sonic.exe (BEFORE the alternates), and others of similar connection - mostly creepypastas.

I'm glad that they're getting attention, I always want creators to be supported, but it gets weird when someone who actively bullied you over your interests suddenly makes it their whole personality.

The example I'm going to use is Baldi's Basics, I watch so many different Youtubers play it when I was younger (I think when the game first released, 2017-18, can't remember off the top of my mind) which was almost 10 years ago. I watched playthroughs when I was 10-11! I loved the fan theories and the game! But since COVID, I stopped keeping up with it. Suddenly, at a family gathering, my cousin told me he had played it for the first time ever this year.

Now; this cousin is actually someone I'm close too, and he likes the same bullshit I do to a less extreme.

Then suddenly - after that interaction, more people started playing it around me. People from my school who - guess what? BULLIED ME FOR LIKING THAT STUFF.

SMG4? - Suddenly popular humor. I literally had one friend who liked it and would watch it with me back in Elementary school. ELEMENTARY SCHOOL! And we'd get made fun of for our "weird humor". (TBF, SMG4 was my brainrot).

I was even one of the kids called weird and a weeb for watching anime back in 2020-2022, I actually stopped watching it entirely because of that. Suddenly, EVERYONE is watching anime!

Sometimes I really wish people would not make fun of people for interests. It can really shut a person down, and the irony is never lost on me when trends such as the "Nerd Out" trend on tiktoks happen, it gets more people into these types of medias that used to bully people for liking them in the first place. It's irritating, especially knowing I was, and still am outcasted for my interests now, only for them to be relevant months later.

Lord X fanart - never drawn him before but he’s starting to become one of my favorite characters.

I like his lore a lot and I needed an excuse to draw something Sonic related to fill my void.

Love this crusty old guy can’t lie, biggest hear me out right here.

So two years ago, I initially made this AU and the fanfiction that goes with it. I was 15 with terrible grammar, and I can admit… rereading the story was underwhelming in my eyes.

So… on the side, I plan on doing a revamp!

My initial teaser for my redesign. It’s been two years since I’ve drawn anything Welcome Home related at all!

But I am still working out technicalities with his design, and I plan on creating character sheets for Julie and Henry at some point too.

For now, I plan on actually drafting this fanfiction/AU properly, and I want to be sure it stays true to what I initially wanted. This was a passion project for me, until I got really burnt out on it, and I know a few people actually were invested in my work. I feel as if I didn’t present it well enough for those who really enjoyed it.

So, I will start drafting and altering things around. I plan on this fic staying SFW, per the creator of Welcome Homes wishes.

I plan on actually developing stuff properly, and making this something I’d really want to read as well.

In the future, if my page gets too messy, I’ll transfer the new fic, and the old to AO3, which, if that happens, I will share my tag.

I am officially back from my hiatus! Oh my goodness I have not been able to get into this account for a long time!

I have a few projects planned, new fandoms I am now in, and I really really missed this account so much. Nothing is going to get deleted but I am going to fix a few things cause my current set up is an eyesore for me.

I do have a second blog that I made out of desperation that is more like an IRL and random blog so if you’d like to follow my actual life adventures it will be linked in my bio!

I took a long break; and I’ve decided I’m gonna start posting on here again, and I’m not JUST gonna post Welcome Home, a lot of what I post is gonna be personal projects and the like.

Ending 4/4

“I chose…”

You had to admit, it was a hard decision. They both seemed to honestly care about you, and you cared deeply about them both equally. How would they feel if you dated both of them, at the same time?

“Both of you.”

They both looked shocked at your answer.

“But we hate each other! I literally wanted to kill him!” Wally shouted.

“Well, I can’t chose, and I want to be able to be with the both of you…”

They were both stunned, but decided to talk it out.

“Well, if we both honestly love them…” Howdy said.

“But you’re the one engaged to them! Are you ok with it?”

“What’re you implying?” Howdy whispered.

They both walked to you and Howdy cleared his throat.

“Y/n, I’m ok if you’d like to include Wally in our relationship… but everything’s up to you.”

“I won’t let him in if you don’t want him to.”

“I’m fine with it, dear, I just want to know if I could try to be loving towards him too?”

“Of course lovebug!” You hugged Howdy, happy he was comfortable with letting Wally into your relationship.

You put an arm around Wally, ingulfing him into the hug too.

As months passed, all three of you got closer together.

You and Howdy worked in the shop during work hours, and during breaks and closing, you would go to visit Wally.

Howdy and Wally grew to love each other, and got comfortable being able to love you and one another as equals, although they did both get pretty clingy and attached to you.

One of the fondest memories you have of being together is this…

Howdy and you were walking down the stairs to Wally’s place, planning on celebrating your anniversary.

You stepped in, seeing how all three of you worked to redesign the place, you couldn’t help but feel accomplished seeing what you all did.

Wally greeted you two by hugging you guys, then invited you to sit with him.

You had all got gifts for one another, each with a different bow to represent them.

You opened your gifts to find a necklace and the other to find a beautiful painting of all three of you. You knew the necklace was from Howdy, and the painting from Wally, you wrapped your arms around the both of them and smiled.

“Thank you guys, these are so wonderful!”

Howdy and Wally both opened their gifts and were able to guess pretty quickly who gave what.

You all ended the night snuggled down to watch a movie.

Happy late pride month

Not another ending, more of a continuation of the Wally ending.

You didn’t know what to feel staying with Wally.

Everyday was filled with constant affection, to the point it was suffocating. You longed to get away, to simply have a break.

Wally had grown concerned due the fact you weren’t sleeping as much as you used to. He understood the decision you made was rough, but he wished it didn’t affect you like this.

You were laying down on the couch you first slept on the first night you stayed, you wished you could run back to your friends, just to say hello.

Wally slowly sat down and rubbed your back, making an attempt to comfort you.

“Angel, what’s bothering you?”

You didn’t respond. You had a feeling he wouldn’t like to hear what was bothering you.

“Why are you ignoring me? Did I… do something wrong my love?” He leaned over, trying to see your face.

You turned around and grumbled, trying to hide away from him.

He got up and sighed in defeat, not knowing what to do.

“Darling, if you need anything, or finally want to talk, please, please tell me, I just want whatever’s on your mind to get out. I want to make you happy.”

You woke up at Midnight, and noticed that Wally was sound asleep on the floor next to the couch… maybe this was your chance!

You tiptoed quietly over to the door leading to the staircase, and slowly creaked it open.

Finally getting it open enough to slip through, you turned to see Wally completely knocked out.

He wouldn’t wake up for a while.

You rushed out the front door and looked up at the sky, the stars giving you a rush of joy.

You paused to think of somewhere to go, maybe Howdy would welcome you?

You sprinted over to his store and rang the doorbell, almost jumping with anticipation.

A groggy faced Howdy opened the door, yawning. He rubbed his eyes tiredly.

“Who is it?”

He looked down at you and suddenly, his tired eyes lit up.

“Y/n!” He lifted you up in a rib crushing hug.

“Not too loud.” You hushed him.

He lead you inside and took your hands.

He turned a light on and stared at you, taking in your face.

“You haven’t been getting sleep…”

“Neither have you, it seems.” You said, noticing the eye bags under his expressive eyes.

“Does he know?”

“No, I’ve been thinking about seeing you again for weeks.”

“You never told him, did you?”

“I was scared he was going to do something… violent.”

“…”

“He’ll never know I left. I’m fine!”

He hugged you softly.

“You don’t think we could ever work out again… huh?”

“I’m sorry, Howdy, but I’m committed to him, and I know it hurts, and I’m sorry I left the way I did. I shouldn’t have… I wanted you to be safe, and I stand by it.”

“Don’t get hurt.”

“He’s not like that.”

“…”

“It’s best I leave…”

“You know where the door is. Go ahead.”

You walked out, the door slamming behind you.

You rushed back to your “Home” as Wally called it, quietly rushed down the steps, and laid down on the couch.

You saw that Wally had rolled over, other than that, he was undisturbed.

Rolling over, you processed what had happened with Howdy, was he mad at you for what you did? Why wouldn’t he be?

You were overwhelmed with thoughts.

You didn’t know what to do, you didn’t know what you wanted, were you happy? Upset?

You tried to calm down, trying to breath in and out, tears now streaming down your face.

Wally heard you crying and woke up.

He sat down on the ground next to the couch and tried to study what was wrong.

He couldn’t do anything while you were turned away from him, so he scooped you up and steadied you on his lap.

“Shh… it’s ok, you’re ok…”

You leaned into his chest.

“Wally, I’m so sorry…”

“What are you sorry for, love? You didn’t do anythi-“

“I left while you were asleep to go see Howdy, I’ve just felt so suffocated by you and the fact I’m forced to stay here because of some stupid choice!”

You paused to look up at Wally, who was very obviously, pissed.

“Wally. I need you to listen to me.”

“What? What are you going to tell me now? You’ve been having an affair with Howdy behind my back?”

“You’re not getting it. He hates me for what I did. The choice I made.”

“What? You chose me because you loved him too much?”

“WALLY! JUST LISTEN TO ME!” You yelled, catching Wally off guard.

“I love you, I chose you because I love you, protecting Howdy was a bonus, I care for him, sure, but the thing we had was a thing of the past.” You explained.

“Than why did you leave?”

“Because I wanted to make sure he was safe.”

“Let’s make a deal… shall we, love?”

“What are the terms?”

“You may visit the neighbors, as long as you give me affection, no questions asked, and…”

“And?”

“You get some rest, my angel.”

You took his hand and kissed it.

“Well Mr. Darling, you have yourself a deal.”

“Tell me those three sweet words, my wonderful muse…”

“I love you.”

He laid you back down on the couch.

“Goodnight, my mockingbird.”

Ending 3/4

“I chose…”

You paused, why does a choice between two of the people you love determine your freedom of Howdy’s death? What is forcing you to chose?

“Well, we’re both waiting for an answer…” Wally said, getting impatient.

“I don’t chose ether of you…”

“WHAT?” Wally yelled.

“I don’t want to have one choice determine someone’s fate, it’s cruel.”

“That’s the whole point! Stakes are supposed to be high! It adds drama!”

“But, Are you really proving you love me by making me chose?”

He thought for a second until you interrupted.

“I promise to spend equal time with you both… I’ll visit when I can, but I need some time before I decide to jump down into some life risking decision.”

Sure enough, from that day forward, you helped out with Howdy, and you even visited Wally.

They both respected you as a friend, and you ended up having a successful career in the fine arts.

You never ended up getting married, or even hitched. But you were happy with how life went.

You didn’t just spend all your time on them, however.

You focused a ton on hobbies, and took time to become closer to the other neighbors.

I got in on a scholarship to a camp that has a no device policy, so for the next week, I’m not gonna be able to post.
