Brock had checked out the area around the warehouse since he was almost sure that this guy was some sort of scam, but it had been Lester's recommendation so he agreed.
Everything seemed calm and okay, nobody who passed by looked nervous, and even if this was a trap, the area was good to get away from unharmed.
Ace doesn't leave the house. Hell, he barely leaves the basement. This means that whenever a deal has to be made outside, Aaron is the one who has to actually deal with buyers. He's being tracked, of course, and listened to, but his brother doesn't have eyes on him for now.
It's a relief.
He waits inside the warehouse next to the crates, waiting for this mysterious buyer. He has an earpiece in, so Ace can hear and talk to him, and the tracker is tight around his ankle. Just one more deal before he goes back to the house.
"So, you are the kid that Lester makes deals with", Brock said when he stepped out of the shadow behind Aaron.
Despite of his huge statue he could be almost silent in his movements and getting someone on the edge right from the start was a good way to see who they are behind the mask of professionally they put on.
"What can you offer me? I bet you already know that money is no problem, but that doesn't mean that I let you rip me off. And if you try I rip your head off."
It wasn't Brock's habit to rip someone off and he didn't plan on doing that with this guy, but he wanted to make clear that he demanded the respect he deserved.
