Before you get to the beach/lake/pool/etc, you both make sure to pack up your essentials! Soft but large towels, sunscreen, some snacks, water and a spare change of clothes for when you're ready to go home.
When you get there, you both help each other set up your spot, making everything cozy and organized so you can be nice and relaxed while you enjoy the water!! You also help each other put on your sunscreen and maybe fix up your swimwear if it's uncomfortable.
If your f/o can't swim they'll keep an eye on your stuff and cheer you on while you're in the water! Maybe you two can play some games, like fetching some sinking toys or counting how many laps you've swam! Otherwise they'll keep themselves entertained with a book or take a nice nap.
If the water is shallow enough, they'll sit near the edge/land for extra safety, while also enjoying the cool water while you swim by them. Make sure to strike some poses or make some funny faces to keep them in high spirits.
If you can't swim your f/o will offer for you to sit near the water so you can chat while they swim around slowly! If there's nature nearby, they'll grab cool shells and rocks to show to you!! If you'd rather just do your own thing, your f/o will respect your wishes, stopping by every so often to check on you.
If you'd like, your f/o will absolutely keep ahold of you while they move around the water. That way you can stay nice and cool without fear of the water around you!! They'll pretend to dance with you, carry you over their shoulders like a sheep or even bridal carry you, claiming that they're practicing for/recalling your wedding day.
If you're swimming together, they might ask you to keep your legs spread so they can dive through them, or have fun little competitions about who can swim the furthest/fastest or who can dive deeper/for longer.
If you're somewhere near nature, you both take a moment to admire any fishes swimming by you, or how the birds sing as they fly across the sky above. Maybe you can even enjoy some people watching, keep an eye on how those around you two are enjoying their day, building sand/rock castles, or experiencing mild chaos like getting chased by a crab or a frog.
Before you decide to head home, you and your f/o enjoy a hearty meal that you had packed beforehand. The sun and your soft towels help you two dry out while you get to enjoy something yummy, refreshing and cooling.
Once you're back home, you both take turns with a nice shower, then enjoying each other's embrace while you relax in bed. You're all tuckered out from everything you both got up to during your day out, so it doesn't take very long for both of you to drift to sleep while your arms are wrapped around each other.
Imagine your f/o knowing exactly how to bring you down from an event (panic attack, PTSD flashback, psychosis, mania, etc). They know how to bring you back to reality and soothe you. All the right things to say, how to hold you, what to do.
Knowing all your triggers and expertly avoiding them in everyday life. They have no issues watching/listening to media before you do so they can scout out any potential triggers.
Always escorting you to your therapies, waiting outside with a treat for you and a big hug, knowing how hard and draining these appointments can be.
Helping you remember to take your medications on time because they know how important your psychiatric meds are.
Holding your hand on bad days, weeks, months. Guiding you through the dark times, even when it feels impossible for you to ever make it out into the light again. But you always do, in part, because of their unwavering support.
You aren't crazy, worthless, a burden, insane, a lost cause to them. You're their world and they're so lucky to go through each day with you. You're so worth the effort.

Your F/O(s) will help you maintain your mobility aids. They'll replace the rubber or foam on your grips, check if wheels are in good condition, and charge your electronics like power wheelchairs or mobility scooters.
And they'll make sure not to let anybody touch them without your permission. Even if it means you don't want them to handle them right now, your F/O(s) will respect that.
