Louis, just like everyone in Oakhurst has no idea what Owen sickness truly entrails as a human so he assumes that when Owen gets lovesick and shower him in complements or look at him with googly dilated brown eyes Louis thinks it's another part of the sickness comming through and he panics because elder bro has no social skills whatsoever neither the human he's trying to take care and he has to differentiate through trial and error

Cuts to Louis panickingly scrambling around notes and dozens of old books trying to understand something that is defined by self loathed sick man being madly in love with him

"Their cheeks are awfully red! His heart beats awfully faster when he's near me, am i making him uncomfortable?! What did i do wrong?! Why his legs shake so much that's he's barely capable of standing still?!"

And he leave piles and piles of discarded books, paper and ink in the process because he pretty much doesn't need sleep but he gets the motions of a sleep deprived person requiring answers desperately

It's pointless really, I'm reaching the point of no return and do whatever on autopilot until i no longer can
