What do we know:

Harry’s wand -  11" long, made of holly, and possessed a phoenix feather core.

So... when Harry went to pick his wand at the age of eleven, did the wand recognise Harry or did it recognise the bit of Voldermort’s soul inside Harry?

Did Harry’s wand recognise his ‘other’ owner, and refuse to attack? Harry never killed Voldy with his own wand. He used Draco’s as allegiance has changed.

What happened after the Horcrux in Harry was destroyed?

Well, the wand must have worked for Harry, and he would have never known the difference as Harry defeated Voldermort, and thus taking its allegiance.
