I would argue that he hasn't reposted those videos due to empathy considering the fact that neither of the videos mention the charlie kirks children and one compares the charlie kirk shooting to MLK's assassination but sure totally cos of empathy. Do I think he is far right? no but I do sure think that we should be analysing why now? why is this the topic he has decided to speak on where he has never spoken up about palestine, school shootings (one occured on the same day as the shooting), deaths of other political figures or about the election. This will likely be my final post on this ordeal, and my goal in posting this is to answer questions that I think have been cycling since the post went out yesterday.
Read this or don’t I really don’t care, but I deserve a chance to provide context for those actually willing to listen. And fair warning, if you come onto this post trying to co-opt it, I’m just blocking you. You want to make a post? Do it on your own blog with your own post rather than in the reblog of my post. And to be honest if my mind doesn’t change this will likely be the last 911-related post from me for a good while.
1. When/Why did you start investigating?
August 5. I saw this honestly fairly harmless post minus the misinformation galore and said “that’s not right… that’s not right at all. You’re supposed to be a voice actor how are you this wrong?” (there was later a follow-up where someone tried to calmly explain that they were in fact incorrect, to which Queso doubled down. Look, I’m not in the industry and I’ve made that abundantly clear, but I also know how to research and seek answers to things I don’t understand. And I’d like to think that someone who purports themselves to be a voice actor would know the different contracts that actors in television work with.)
I reached out to a mutual to mostly calm my suspicions because of course I knew the allegations floating since last year, but I couldn’t comprehend how someone could be all 3 people that I’d had personal interactions with. And this mutual revealed that they’d had suspicions for months now but had always been 50-50 and unsure whether they were just being paranoid.
So to ease our fears, we began investigating and comparing notes if you will. In our minds, we thought “this will be a stupid theory and we’ll make sure it’s unfounded.” At this point, we’d recruited the help of a few others we trusted who also admitted that they’d had suspicions (except some suspected maybe Orchid-Queso, but all of us couldn’t fathom how it’d be all 3 as was alleged last year), and all of us recounted interactions that just didn’t make sense. Things we were told that even when they originally happened we were confused and just filed it away instead of questioning it head-on as we were now. And as we got to work, we were rapidly finding even more evidence that corroborated the allegations made last year.
It was at that point that our fears worsened because we realized that if the allegations that Bree is Orchid is Queso had merit, then that also meant that the story we were fed back in 2024 regarding the fic fiasco that suddenly people are downplaying (can’t imagine why; y’all were yelling for people to be put on a stake when you thought it was a Buddie shipper behind this) also required investigation.
2. WTF Is the 2024 Situation
Below will be further context around this 2024 situation. I’m sure you’ll still call it flimsy evidence and allege egregious things about me, but this is the breakdown of that situation. Make of it what you will I don’t care anymore. I’ve tried to do what I thought was right and this fandom slapped all of us in the face for daring to do such a thing. Ironic because if this had been about a buddie you guys would’ve absolutely eaten it up, wouldn’t you?
In August 2024 around the 12th, fics involving pedophilia, gore, etc. began to pop up in AO3. The fics, however, were not properly disclosing the disturbing content or anything of that nature. In fact, upon first glance, they often seemed innocuous based on the tags and summary. Nothing was appropriately labeled. The end-goal with these fics has always been clear: antagonize and terrorize people in this fandom. And it did. Plenty of people clicked it thinking it was innocent and were traumatized (or re-traumatized) as a result. People rapidly began spreading a PSA over these fics telling them to stay away, to filter as necessary.
In our server, many members fell into this category. They’d clicked the link and were disturbed at the contents. As staff members, we were not taking this lightly and began trying to warn server members as well as try to see if something could be done to stop the bombardment.
It is critical that people understand a few things involving the Kinley server. First, Bree was one of the creators of the server. Therefore, much of our staff and server users interacted personally with Bree. We knew Bree, and we knew Orchid, and we knew Queso. (Or so we thought anyway.)
Other critical notes:
Orchid had only started her blog around July 12, 2024 (confirmed via conversations that began arising over that account at the time).
She joined the Kinley server on July 26, 2024 (confirmed via the mod bot our server uses).
July 31, 2024 Bree reaches out to tell the staff that she’s going to leave the server and fandom for personal safety reasons that I will not divulge publicly at this time. And before then, Bree’s activity in the server was sporadic.
So the idea that they had time to talk frankly doesn’t fully make sense.
By the point the fics are kicking up, Bree had allegedly left the fandom entirely but remained sporadically in contact with server staff.
On August 12, 2024 at 9:26 PM my time, Orchid in a channel discussing the situation says the following: “I talked to a few people today who have theories of why this is escalating... but idk if I should discuss with mods first? Before sharing”
Now, bear in mind, Orchid’s identity both publicly and within our server was that she had been a buddie shipper in a gc with a bnf (juju; and I’m very sorry that they keep getting dragged into this) and was “labeled a traitor” for shipping bucktommy.
Orchid ends up telling the staff the following at 8/12/2024 9:34 PM my time: “It's not a huge thing but I talk to three people who completely left fandom but lurk and I have one that is still in the gc. Basically they're trying to flush out bree because they're convinced she's hiding under an alt and they do not want her around for any bts of Lou or when S8 starts.”
So, early on as these fics ramped up, someone we trusted came to us to tell us that they have heard through the grapevine (so hearsay. I mean oops! Apparently using legal jargon is a no-no. Oops!) that these fics were done by buddies and was being done to target Bree.
As the fics continue to proliferate (even being sent to people in the askbox by sock puppet accounts), Orchid comes to us once again and says on August 13, 2024 at 9:46 AM the following: “Uhm so bree is pissed,” and at 9:42 AM Bree is messaging staff to say the following: “Hey/I know this toxic shit happening is apparently as always about me/I'm reaching out to juju to put an end to this.” (Forward slashes designate separate Discord messages sent. And notice, coincidentally, that they’re active at the same time. Circumstantial but nonetheless it should be noted.)
It’s at this point that Bree (who’s supposedly out of the fandom, remember that) proclaims that she’s going to confront juju head on.
On 8/13/2024 at 1:40 PM, she reaches out via voicenote to say that she had reached out to juju. In this voicenote, Bree details the same talking points that Orchid did above. (I’m not reiterating. Scroll up if you’re so inclined.) At this point, Bree alleges that juju swears the fics will be deleted by the end of the day. Screenshot of that voicenote (I will not be inserting the audio here. Sorry not sorry.)
Additionally, Bree and Orchid both proclaim that through this alleged buddie server with Juju, Justine/buddiebeginz, and lemotmo at the helm, they had received a leak of a white board for Tim’s s8 storyline ideas included “bucktommy move-in?” (where do I remember seeing that so-called leak proliferated? That’s right: through Queso, who supposedly doesn’t fucking know Bree and entered the fandom after Orchid had left but has still talked to someone that we can’t because she deleted her account. Alright.), which, in their allegations, played into the escalation of torment the fandom was faring.
Well, if you recall, the fics didn’t stop there. They continued to escalate. Deleted fics continued to be re-published on August 14 and August 15.
On August 16 at 2:07 PM, Bree proclaims she’s putting an end to this. She’s going to directly contact Juju again and put an end to this.
At 7:09 PM, she sends a 10 minute voice note that details the “showdown” with Juju that ends with Bree supposedly watching Juju “send the order” to delete the fics as well as gcs she was supposedly the owner of. She continues to “answer” all the unanswered questions we had (such as why Maggie got doxxed via a comment). It’s critical to note that much of what Bree alleges in this voice note was already said earlier that day by Orchid in our server based on her supposedly having connections to people in those gcs, so to people who trusted both to be who they purported themselves to be, it seemed like trustworthy information.
On August 17, Bree continues to “update” us on what goes on. Bree asks us to confirm that the fic asks had ended, which from what we could ascertain they had stopped since August 16.
On August 17 at 5:45 PM, Bree sends a 2:15 voicenote detailing that the screenshot she’s attached was provided by Juju to prove that the fics were being deleted as agreed upon. The screenshot you’ve all seen and I’m not rehashing (I’ve only got 10 photos for a post).
This matches the timeline that server members were retaining to track when fics went up and were summarily deleted. The last fic from our estimation was deleted on August 16.
Bree then continues to inform the staff that Juju not only plagiarized, but she also plagiarized pedophilia fics that are available on AO3. She even provided the links to the Pedophilia fics list used and even said that “Juju” told her which real fics correlated to the bucktommy fics. I was not and am not interested in independently confirming this, so do with that information what you will.
(Again, I never independently verified this information, nor do I plan to. However, I do have to wonder where the hell Bree got these links if she never actually talked to Juju. It sure is a mystery!)
She even goes a step further to graciously offer to submit those AO3 reports of plagiarism herself. (I do not know if they ever got done, or if they did whether AO3 took action. As you can tell, Bree cut off the ability for us to talk, so we can’t ask this persona any questions.)
Following this, the fics from that period did indeed calm down just like Bree said they would. And on August 19, Bree asks and rejoins the server while on August 25, Orchid claims that Juju et al have found her fics and begun mass reporting them, so she’s exiting the fandom as a result. The photo (included and explained in the original doc) is not what you’d get for a reported fic, and if you reverse image the photo, you find that it came from an AO3 reddit post where someone complained about AO3 not doing anything for something they reported. Oh and the filename on that screenshot (because Orchid also had a Samsung) indicates it was snapped in the Gallery app… except if it were an email, wouldn’t it say “Email” in the filename like the AO3 screenshot does? So interesting indeed!
3. Okay, but the 2025 scandal?
As we began realizing the extent that we were clearly lied to during the 2024 scandal, we also expressed our fears with other concerned collaborators we trusted who said that they too had suspicions about Queso and thought things were very odd as the fics this time around ramped up. The time both bucktommy and buddie got targeted, and this time the writer was putting graphic descriptions in the summary itself to traumatize people.
The RSS feed, which literally only tracks when public posts (which her fucking blog is) are posted and is no different than a goddamn Google alert, was created to see if activity at all matched. And it did. Periods of activity versus inactivity matched, which is what that portion of the document argued. At no point were we alleging that that was login times, nor were we purporting anything of that sort. Anyone alleging that is offering a gross misrepresentation of what that doc alleged and you should be ashamed of yourselves.
All that document was intended to be was a presentation of our evidence and warn people that this seems to go far beyond just creating alt accounts and urge people to take steps as necessary to block and protect your peace. I would never, ever, make allegations of this nature lightly, and the suggestion to the contrary is egregious.
And what happened when we posted all of our concerns?
She laughed it off. She immediately blocked members of the Kinley server staff (including users who, coincidentally, only Bree would remember the username of because they aren’t even active on tumblr) and has only just issued what I’ll call a public response that still does not provide tangible evidence to refute the allegations put forth. Cronies of theirs slid into DMs to tell us how “disappointed in us” they are and that they’ll be unfollowing for trying to do the right thing (don’t worry I blocked so they can’t see my content anymore unless they hop onto an alt account to lurk on people who’ve blocked their main, but that’s preposterous. They wouldn’t don’t do that, would they?). She also decided to seemingly try to incite her followers to try and instigate things with specifically @louferrignojrofficial , @bucked-it-up (which is a marginally inactive blog mind you), and me, which is certainly a response to have when you have people who personally interacted with you saying “I think this person that we knew and trusted to whatever degree has been lying and manipulating us all.”
I trusted Bree. I trusted Orchid. And I trusted Queso to certain degrees. It makes me sick to my stomach to think that for a year now people that I’ve been mutuals with cannot even turn their askbox on because they’re worried another sock puppet account will shove sick fucking fics into the askbox, that I’ve been in servers with people whose entire fandom experience shifted because of that event in 2024, to have shared my own frustrations with that entire situation with the person who could very well have been behind all of this. Ever since this possibility began hitting all of us involved we’ve been sick to our stomachs because this affects all of us personally, and while we had suspicions that maybe they weren’t fully truthful about who they said they were, we never could’ve suspected it’d lead us here, nor did we want it to because we thought we knew these people.
Well, I guess this is where I say that when shit inevitably hits the fan again (because this is a pattern of behavior and it somehow always shoves this individual right in the middle), don’t get mad when I say “told ya so.” Because I got duped, my friends got duped, and when we tried to do the right thing and warn people, we got told to fuck off. So kindly (not kindly), fuck all of you who decided to blame us for trying to do the right thing. This was never, ever a witch hunt. It was only ever an attempt to warn this fandom to take action as necessary.
Also, in response to the allegation put forth as I drafted this that I know Queso and Orchid have conversations, from my recollection I was only ever told that they were communicating. This is the same thing that Orchid and Bree used to do (as you see in a screenshot above). They would message saying they’d “heard” from the other individual but not follow it with tangible evidence from my recollection at least.
In fact, the screenshot from Queso saying they had talked to Orchid who’s created a new account was in the document, and it was not followed by any evidence proving that convo actually occurred between two separate people. I simply took them at their word until, as I said, my suspicions got the better of me and I began to investigate myself.
But I do have to wonder if perhaps there’s a bit of a confession in there… Queso says, “How could I be Bree when Orchid is also Bree and I’ve had conversations with Orchid?” So, is this an admission that Orchid is indeed Bree? Because if so I have a lot of questions for Bree especially over the above information that I’m still not getting answers on.
I’m going to be honest my concern is why wait this long before exposing who did it? Clearly it was known in advance with proof (according to those screenshots at least since last year). I just think it would have saved a lot of people from getting triggered rather than holding onto it to make an expose thread.
I can speak on this as someone in the Kinley server and an admin.
We weren’t holding onto anything for an “expose” thread, and the assumption there is egregious. And it was only this past week that we discovered the information about the screenshot filename that implicates her because we realized that if Queso truly is Bree and Orchid, then that means the entire situation we were told back in 2024 was a lie. Back in 2024 when Bree sold us on the fics stopping after her “heroics,” they stopped just like she said. We trusted Bree to be honest with us, and it’s only in hindsight that we realize she took advantage of that trust and manipulated us. More than that, the AO3 screenshot was damning, but as people are proving now, it’s still apparently not enough to prove the case, so the real question is whether people would’ve even believed us if we’d brought suspicions public sooner. (The answer is probably no because you’re literally proving what you’d have done if presented with this before today.)
Respectfully, I more than recognize that we got duped. So let’s not play this game of “well why’d you wait?!” because once we sat down to see whether our suspicions had merit, we realized we had to react and worked tirelessly to compile our information. How people handle the information is their own prerogative, but I’m getting sick and tired of people assuming we’ve held onto this information (or somehow “tracked” them for a year when we didn’t) when that’s the very last thing we did.

I understand a lot of people are confused and it’s a huge document to sift through, but I’m asking people to understand that this document was compiled by people who knew, believed and trusted Bree/Orchid/Queso, and all of us were manipulated and lied to. The messages in this document came from conversations each pseud had with some of us. I’m asking people to understand that this isn’t a ship war or a personal vendetta. We started uncovering this information and were nauseous at the underlying meaning: that she likely had a hand in the CSA fics the first time they happened last year and the recent ones this year. She did not, however, have anything to do with loverboydiaz, the person uncovered during the rare pairs event. That's not in the document.

Guys, the eddiegettingshot post occurred in 2024 (it’s since been deleted). It was merely referenced in that post because it provided evidence and had a clear methodology that could be replicated.
People need to understand the Kinley server were probably the closest to Bree, Orchid, and Queso in the fandom. These aren’t people just feeding fire into a ship war. These are people who finally confronted suspicions and came to nauseating realizations.

Hi! So I’d first go back to the document.
First and foremost, at the top of the document it details that Bree (kinardscoffee) left the Kinley server on July 31, 2024 citing that she was stepping away from the fandom entirely. Around that time, Orchid (intermittent-showers) had just joined the server. That timeline is important because, theoretically, Bree wanted nothing to do with the fandom as Orchid (who had claimed to have been kicked out from a buddie server run by Juju) was becoming integrated into the Kinley server.
Now, let’s go back to the CSA section in the document.
In 2024, if people will recall, burner blogs kept popping up trying to implicate Juju (loveyourownsmile but I never remember the amount of i’s and e’s), Justine (buddiebeginz), and lemotmo. They’re 3 buddie blogs who have a following on here. People will also recall those sock puppet accounts didn’t last very long at all and resulted in all 3 users rushing to their blogs faster than one could get a pizza delivered to refute the allegations.
As the document lays out, Orchid approaches the Kinley server staff alleging she has information that could be valuable in rooting out who was behind the fics. The information relayed there, as indicated in the document, reaffirmed what was being alleged publicly (that those 3 buddie shippers were masterminds behind it and that they were orchestrating all of this in a server).
Now, keep in mind, Bree is supposedly not in the fandom at this time. She’s not involved anymore, right? Well, in the midst of Orchid’s help, Bree reaches out via Discord to offer her “help.”
Bree’s “help,” as detailed in the doc, is that she’s going to confront Juju herself and put an end to all of this. In the alleged confrontation, Bree (as was told to Kinley staff members by Bree) forces Juju to delete the works off of AO3 minus the orphaned fics. The proof that Juju allegedly offers Bree to prove the fics were being taken down is that AO3 screenshot that’s in the document. Bree then provides this alleged evidence to the Kinley staff as a way of saying that the fics are done and being deleted as she sends this message to the staff.
Now, critically, readers need to understand that Discord retains the filename as it’s uploaded from the user’s phone. Therefore, if you have a Samsung, your screenshot filenames will look like this: Screenshot_DATE_TIME_APPLICATION.jpeg.
So, what does this mean? This means that if someone with a Samsung snaps a screenshot of, say, their tumblr app, the filename should look something like this:

So, having understood this, let’s go back to the evidence document:
Screenshot 1 shows “Deleted Account” (you’ll have to trust that the user there was Bree because the account has since been deleted) with a date and timestamp on the posts of 8/17/2024 5:45 PM:
You’ll also notice the audio recording of 2:15 above the screenshot. Keep that in mind as you remember that, as described above, Bree has alleged this screenshot came from Juju herself and was provided to Bree as evidence of the act of deleting the fics being done.
However, if one saves that screenshot to their phone, they can pull the filename as it’s presented in Discord. And if they run the file through a metadata viewer, they can see the filename. In the filename as it came out of Discord, it says Screenshot_20240817_174239_Email.jpeg.
This would therefore mean that a screenshot was taken on 8/17/2024 at 5:42:39 PM EST via the email app. And, critically, it was taken on a Samsung device because iOS devices do not use the same filename convention for screenshots (mine just look like IMG_NUMBER.jpeg).
As proof, here’s a screenshot I took of this draft on my phone:

To believe the AO3 screenshot provided by Bree truly came from Juju, one would have to believe that a) she has a Samsung (and per the document, she allegedly has an iPhone), and b) that the screenshot was taken by Juju and sent to Kinley server staff within 3 minutes of it being snapped, and we know that 2:15 minutes of that time was eaten up by Bree doing the voicenote that describes what was alleged above.
That is the evidence involving the screenshot. I hope this clears some things up. I understand things in that document are going to be overwhelming, but I do think people are perhaps missing the wider picture by discounting it as a whole.

"Hm." Tommy hums. "Maybe we both should stop assuming so much," he mutters quietly, almost under his breath, so quiet that if they weren't in silent rooms and his voice wasn't directly in Buck's ear, he might've missed it.
"Is that our problem? Assuming?" Buck flips onto his side, his phone between his cheek and his pillow. He feels restless. He wishes he could curl up under Tommy's arm, press his cheek to Tommy's chest, feel his heartbeat. He misses that so much.

Methods: I used a data scraping tool to collect information from the works pages for the 'Evan "Buck" Buckley/Tommy Kinard' relationship tag on AO3. Although we're celebrating the one year anniversary, data for all works regardless of publish date were included.
The scraping tool can only collect information for unlocked works. No, data scraping is not prohibited by AO3's terms of service, but they reserve the right to boot you if you abuse it; I deliberately slow walked the tool to be a good partner. Information was collected on 4/4/2025 between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. EDT. As this is a snapshot of dynamic data, it will already be out of date.
Notes: Recognizing that not making editorial decisions is in fact making a decision, I did not exclude any tags or use additional filters to limit which works were included. I know some people may prefer this, but I decided to honor authorial intent: if they tagged it, I included it.
I am open and interested in potentially doing something similar for other ships/tags, but my artistic skills are very limited. If you'd be interested in collaborating on something, send me a message!
