So… I may or may not just have spilt glitter all over the living room. I was sorting through some boxes with Halloween costume supplies and I… had a little accident with one that contained glitter shakers. The result? There’s glitter literally everywhere – not just all over the floor, but I’m also covered in it myself. It’s enough to be a costume on itself. If anyone has any tips on how to clean this mess, that would be very much appreciated. I’ve dealt with my fair share of glitter in my life, but I’ve never had to deal with a glitter explosion in my own house.

Oh...Oh man Blaine. Mop? Fire? Is glitter flammable? That’s... Good luck with that one man.

“sometimes i’m so glad i don’t have young kids anymore because i get to have all the left over lollipops from work for myself and when my kids were the same age as my patients, i would always have to give them some, as much as i dreaded it. anyway, how has your day been?”

“Yeah... my kids are nearly adults and I still steal their candy. I mean, gotta show I’m still the parent around here, right?”

No. My dad came around, though it took some time, a good amount of time before I left for college. There were a few months from when he first said he’d support me in my pursuit of dance, to when I left, where we were able to really sit down and have a mature, adult conversation about it. By the time I left, he was on board and I didn’t get the chance to feel guilty or regret it. I wouldn’t have anyway

I’m almost tempted to do it just to make it the next few weeks.

As long as it works for both of you, do it. It’ll make your life that much easier.
