A couple of bits of lore for y'all:

He absolutely hated wearing shoes growing up due to sensory issues. Even as an adult, he still prefers to go without them and really only wears them if it's super hot/cold outside. In this universe, shoes are more of a status symbol than anything else, and keeping up good appearances is very important to Dottie. It was a constant battle to get him to wear them, and it was common for them to go missing.

Felix was a painfully shy and sensitive young man, practically mute for much of his early childhood. He didn't really play much with the other boys his age, seen as too socially awkward and un-athletic to fit in with them. He would much rather listen in on his mother gossiping with the ladies from church with some sweet tea on the porch than fail miserably at football. He had to make his own fun, usually by going on adventures in the woods behind his house, fishing/swimming in the river, and playing his harmonica.

hi, hello, I wanted to pop in and say that I really like the way you draw the beatles, I think it looks very nice, especially the way you do the lashes, how you draw the lower lashes all spiky and pointed out like sun rays. I've seen that thing with with the eyelashes from a few other artists and I LOVE that. How do you draw them like that? Do you have any tips?

I made a little thingy below to try to explain how I do the eyelash thing! Any pressure sensitive brush works, and I like to use mild stabilization for cleaner results.
