We already know that Orochimaru naturally has snake eyes, fangs, likes eggs and living underground. That could go even further. I've seen for example the hc a lot that they avoid the cold and shed skin (what we later see in canon with vomiting out their whole body could be an advancement through chakra of the natural process). I could see skin shedding being something Orochimaru mainly did until their body was fully grown and then only to lessen injuries or major scars. Similar to the curse seal, there could be a natural venom in their fangs, which they later only improved on or gave it different attributes by infusing their chakra.

Jiraiya already spends a lot of time at the hot springs, so what if he not only does it to harass women, but also because he enjoys the humidity of it and soaking in the water. He grows warts, like during sage mode but permanently. His skin also gets tougher and potentially slightly poisonous. His tongue is sticky and he can extent it like his hair (or Orochimaru because lets be real this makes more sense for Jiraiya).

With Tsunade you'll have to get a little creative and willing to let her be Not Pretty (like Kishimoto definitely wasn't). So for one, she's gonna get a bit more slimy. Could be sweat or grease or maybe she just has a permanent film of slime on her skin she can use similar to Katsuyu. She's also gonna get sharp, pointy teeth. Have you seen slugs mouths? That's some deadly looking teeth if they were on a bigger creature. Tsunade's spit also gets an acidic nature, which she might be able to increase through chakra for offensive moves. Seriously, there's some great untapped potential here. Might even make her poisonous or even venomous if you take some inspiration from sea slugs.

ARTIST OF THE YEAR:

Folks, today the mod team for SasuHina month has the pleasure to announce this year’s event. It will be in August of 2025! We are very excited to see what people create this month. Another thing we are excited about is our Artist of the Year! For 2025, it will be our very own Sen, also known as @a-sleeping-garden. They spent three years together and the fact that Naruto still visits his grave is 🥹

Not to mention if you wanna use the anime; in the final fight against sasuke when Naruto had that final Rasengan, the first hand that supported him was Jiraiya 🥹

<- Pt 4 / start

So! Tsunade sends Naruto on a big mission with Jiraiya. One that will keep them away with no precise time for return, since this would be Jiraiya's usual job.

At first Naruto doesn't want to go, he is still hurt and a little bitter that so many secrets were kept from him for all of his life. But Tsunade tells him that, as his godfather, Jiraiya still is, technically, his legal guardian.

He takes the time to go tell Iruka about this, after all he was the one who actually took care of him. They can have an open heart moment (similar to the one they got in the war arc).

And Iruka is the one who finally convinces Naruto to go, telling he will be there waiting to have so Ichiraku when he returns, and that he should just take that chance to train directly under such a powerful ninja, that Naruto should take this as a chance to make him teach anything and everythng he wants for all those secrets.

So they leave.

Learning that Jiraiya never stopped looking for the one responsible for Minato and Kushina's deaths, that the reason he never came back to be his guardian was to get closing/revenge for his parents and the village, while also working years to make sure that never happens again to other, more vulnerable villages is what finally moves Naruto to forgive him.
