Overwhelmed w/emotion at this #blackfarmers story. A veteran soldier who served this country until hit with an IED in Afghanistan and who decided, while laying in his bed full of 15 medications that were causing him to contemplate suicide -like the#22aday soldiers that come home with injuries and PTSD and no govt support- he decided then that he would get better and grow food for his community. He now runs #fussygourmetfarms in NC. Thank you Farmer Davon for serving this country again and despite the fact that it has not served you. @abundancefound's #climatechange conference
