there's a flicker of confusion that appears on dana's face for a moment before she's blinking away the emotion and smoothing her face out. she knows their relationship isn't the most orthodox thing on the planet, but it's nothing that's truly worried her before this moment either. "i haven't before, unless you're telling me something that apparently i don't know about my relationship?" her tone is casual, sounding disbelieving, but under her skin there's a thin veiled sense of worry that forms beneath the surface. "what do i want? well, i want you to keep your beeswax out of my business, but since apparently that's not an option... we're having a good time together. what that's gonna lead to... hell, i don't know yet, but what we've got going on now is great." she clicks her tongue at the thought of what they have to offer one another, flicking through the things that come to mind for what she should say next. "andy's got plenty that he offers me, free tattoos aside. he's kind and caring... takes good care of me. and i do the same for him. we make it work... the rest of it is none of your business though." / @linewrk

there's a moment of contemplation and reflection that takes place in dana's eyes before she so much as parts her lips to answer. she slips her glasses off the end of her nose, sliding them back into the pocket on the front of her scrubs, stalling for an additional moment to allow herself some grace to find the exact words to explain what is on her mind and just how she feels. "yeah, it can be a bit exhausting sometimes," she finally says, which is soon followed by a soft shrug of her shoulders. taking in a breath, a tired smile forms on dana's lips, but the emotion doesn't quite reach her eyes. "what matters more is having the right people around to help when you need it. i've got those people. not everyone around here does so someone's gotta step up for 'em... just what you've gotta do sometimes."

thank you so much! it still always surprises me so much to hear that people read my threads, but it means so much to me too. i know we've just started talking but i can't wait to explore more and see where things can go with dana and whittaker

🌟 : someone who always motivates you to write more everyone it's so hard for me to pick just one person or even a few. any writing i do on here is more writing than i would have done otherwise. whether it's one paragraph or five, it's all of the creativity and energy that everyone gives to me in their replies that just makes me want to write more in return every single time.

i adore stephy so much and it always makes my day to see a message come through from her. the conversations we have are endless and i'm so glad for it. i'm absolutely glad to have her in my life and wouldn't change it for anything.

i'm not certain that it's exactly secret, but i do absolutely admire danny so much. i genuinely miss pitt fridays because i haven't had the opportunity to read their analysis on the latest episode for too long now. i love reading about how their perspective and personal experience informs the way they see and view the show in such a different way to what i do. i always find it such a fascinating thing to read and absorb and it's even influenced my own writing through learning about different cultures and experiences and even if my muse may not be of that background, it informs how my muse would act and react in situations with other muses of that background.

kenzi is such an absolute ray of sunshine in the rpc. whenever anyone needs a boost of encouragement, then kenzi is always there in the notes being the most wonderful and encouraging person out there. they deserve absolutely all of the love from the rpc because they give so much that we should absolutely give back to them too

dio is an absolute gem of an rper and someone who i have come to know and love and trust so much. when i get reminded we've only known each other for a few months, it still feels wild to me as they've just slotted into my life on here so easily that it's hard to remember a time before they were around. that extends to the advice they give me and a different perspective on things that i might not have seen or realised otherwise

i've not known west for a very long time, but they have already been so kind in helping me navigate through a slightly sticky situation i found myself in. they were so incredible patient as we went through it together and just making sure that i knew i was doing the right thing for myself in the first instance above all else
